Why this blog?
I created this space after falling down a rabbit hole into the world of the Brontë sisters—three women from another century whose lives and writings made me question how much has really changed.

Long before us, they challenged the roles society had chosen for women, searched for independence within the limits of their time, and explored what it meant to live, love and think freely.

It all started after watching a film adaptation of Wuthering Heights. Curious to discover the story behind the story, I began reading their work—and what I found felt unexpectedly familiar.

Beneath the differences of time, culture and circumstances, their struggles, desires and search for freedom felt remarkably close to our own. The desire for a more intentional life, inner freedom and mental clarity is, it seems, not as modern as we like to think.

This blog is my way of creating a bridge between their world and ours. A space to slow down, question the way we live, reconnect with what truly matters, and find inspiration in the women who came before us.

I’ll share the people, ideas, books, places and little discoveries that inspire me—and hopefully, they will inspire you too.
